• You will be a people person with a real passion for pets
• You will have responsibility for all aspects of pet grooming
• Excellent customer service skills required
• You will have a hands-on approach to all aspects of the business
• Demonstrates initiative in all aspects of their role
• Excellent verbal and written English
• Having a grooming related qualification required

Skills We’re Looking For

• It is essential that you are able to complete a high standard groom from start to finish
• You are comfortable with the majority of canine breeds
• The ability to handle dogs firmly but gently
• The ability to calm and control nervous dogs
• Patience and attention to detail
• Point of Sale / Electronic booking system experience desirable
• Previous retail experience advantageous
